Outbound Calling puts Kotonia's voice chat pipeline (STT + LLM + TTS) on a phone line. Via Twilio Media Streams, the AI talks to the recipient and adapts to their responses in real time. After each call, the conversation is auto-summarized and labeled (appointment / interested / not available / declined).
